Dear ISSTA members/potential members,

 

   On behave of ISSTA, I sincerely invite you to participate the 3rd International Sleep Medicine and Science Expert Forum & 2015 ISSTA Annual Assembly of Members in Turkey this November.

    Please allow me to remind that, only the ones who pay for the annual membership fee before the date of this Annual Assembly of Members will be regarded as the official members of 2015 and can have the rights of each different catalogue of membership in 2015. 

 

 

    If you could not make it to participate this assembly but would like to execute the right of your membership, including voting in this meeting, please fill out and sign on the attached file (Letter of Delegation) and let your delegate bring it to the assembly.According to the bylaw of ISSTA, one participant could only be delegated by one other member who cannot present in the assembly.
